TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is the standard test according to American educational standard that its purpose is for evaluating the test taker English skills and abilities. The result accepted to be the standard for international academic study and work permit in the countries using English.
The exam result is expired by 2 years counting from the date of taking the exam.
Previously, TOEFL was used for American university admission; however, it has recently been used in more than 7000 universities in at least 130 countries covering almost all universities in America, England, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada for not only regular admission but also scholarships.
TOEFL itself contains 4 main English proficiency parts of the exam including Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing. Each part may consist of integrated skills. Generally, the test will take approximately 4 and half hours for each round.
The format of TOEFL-iBT includes as follow;
1.Reading 3-5 passages, each containing 12-14 questions for 60-100 minutes 2.Listening 6-9 passages, each containing 5-6 questions for 60-90 minutes 3.Mandatory break for minutes 4.Speaking 6 tasks (2 independent tasks & 4 integrated tasks) 20 minutes 5.Writing 2 tasks (1 independent tasks & 1 integrated tasks) 50 minutes

Englican International opens TOEFL-iBT Private class that the course consists of 4 main parts
1. Listening 2. Speaking 3. Reading 4. Writing
The course is classified into 4 segments according to student potentials.
Level 1: Beginner for students with 0-30 scores Level 2: Lower-Intermediated for students with 31-60 scores Level 3: Higher-Intermediated for students with 61-90 scores Level 4: Proficiency for students with 91-120 scores
Remark: The student must pass Mock up test held by Englican in order to identify the language level.
For students wishing to study in the universities in America must have at least 80 – 90 for bachelor degree admission and 90 – 100 for master degree and Ph.D. should be more than 100 scores. In order to improve total language scores, Englican has established 60-hour course to proceed through 1 level of student potentials and evaluate the student via Mock-up simulated test before allowing the student to take the actual exam.
